Bulk email sent to millions of recipients for the sake of advertising is considered spam if it is sent without the consent of the receiver. Many of these emails are harmless advertising, though irritating, they pose no threat to the user. The trend lately however is a more dangerous type of spam email.

Most children have an email address they use to socialize with their friends or other purposes. It is a great way for children to keep in touch with their friends and it is free. Unfortunately, with the rising incidence of dangerous spam emails, children need protection.
