Inevitably, businesses need to restructure in order to survive when things get tough on the economic front. At other times, changes to business structure are a matter of streamlining operations and saving money. As you make these changes, consider your employees.

The main complaint of employees about their employers is that they don’t consider what effects certain changes have on them. Bulk email sent to millions of recipients for the sake of advertising is considered spam if it is sent without the consent of the receiver. Many of these emails are harmless advertising, though irritating, they pose no threat to the user. The trend lately however is a more dangerous type of spam email.
